Accountability
Corrections
WhoMadeMyFood reviews reported errors against authoritative sources. Official government source data may itself contain historical or inconsistent information, and those source facts are not silently rewritten.
How to report a possible error
There is not a ticket form yet. Send a correction report using the details below and keep a copy of the official source you are relying on. A structured form may be added later; this page remains the canonical corrections route.
What to include
Please include the page URL, the establishment, company, or brand name, what appears incorrect, and an official or authoritative source that supports the correction. Optional context such as dates or identifier marks is helpful.
How reports are reviewed
Corrections are reviewed against authoritative sources. WhoMadeMyFood does not promise automatic changes. A report may confirm that the public page already matches the imported official snapshot, in which case the source record is left as published.
Limits of source data
Public government datasets can lag real-world changes, use older names, or contain inconsistent historical identifiers. WhoMadeMyFood can explain a snapshot and correct its own matching or presentation errors. It does not replace or edit the underlying FSIS publication.
