Authoritative sources first
WhoMadeMyFood will prefer official downloadable datasets and APIs. Each source must be reviewed for its technical structure, usage terms, and limitations before publication.
Evidence, not guesses
Facility, company, brand, and product relationships will be shown only with supporting evidence and an appropriate verification status.
Context matters
Recalls, sampling records, inspection tasks, and outbreaks are different concepts. Future interfaces will preserve the source context and avoid unsupported safety conclusions.
Implementation status
Detailed import cadence, normalization, matching, freshness, and correction procedures will be documented as each data integration is implemented and validated.
