The CN Fully Cooked Breaded Pork Patties were produced on March 15, 2016. 38-lb. box containing CN FULLY COOKED BREADED PORK PATTIES, with an Use-By-Date of March 15, 2017 and a case code of 3801.
The products subject to recall bear establishment number EST. 2132 inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to institutions in Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, and Ohio. The problem was discovered by the firm during a routine labeling review and they immediately informed FSIS. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.
