22 through 24, 2014 and then shipped to a retailer in the San Francisco Bay area and a distributor in Northern California. The problem was discovered by FSIS personnel who were at the establishment reviewing records. FSIS and the company have received no reports of adverse illnesses due to consumption of these products.
