The product bears establishment number “EST. 21827” inside the USDA mark of inspection.
This item was shipped to three retail locations in Oklahoma: Bordwine Hay, Feed & Hardware, Grassroots Farm Store, and Bromide Trading Co. The problem was discovered during a routine FSIS label review. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of this product.
