pieces of La Guadalupana Hot Pork Tamales. 15 lb. cases containing 80 3 oz. pieces of La Guadalupana Hot Pork Tamales. 25 lb. cases containing 100 4 oz. pieces of La Guadalupana Hot Chicken Tamales. 15 lb. cases containing 80 3 oz. pieces of La Guadalupana Hot Chicken Tamales. 15 lb. cases containing 60 4 oz. pieces of La Guadalupana Hot Chicken Tamales. 5 lb. cases containing 50 4 oz.
pieces of La Guadalupana Hot Chicken Tamales. The products subject to recall bear the establishment number EST. 21094 or P-21094 inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items produced were shipped to retail locations in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. The problem was discovered by FSIS in-plant personnel during routine verification activities.
