Suite 6, Bend, OR 97702. USAGE: Mix 1 part chai to 5 parts milk or soy. Up until fall of 2023, expiration dates were 2 years from the date of production. In the fall of 2023 expiration dates were extended an additional year to 3 years from the production date.
