BROWN BOX packages containing 180 pieces of WHOLE FRESH FOODS SOUTHWEST CHICKEN SPRING ROLLS with a package code of 3-10-16 and a case code of 16151 on the upper right hand side of the case. 75 oz. BROWN BOX packages containing 180 pieces of WHOLE FRESH FOODS SOUTHWEST CHICKEN SPRING ROLLS with a package code of 08-08-2016 and a case code of 16151 on the upper right hand side of the case.

The products subject to recall bear establishment number EST. P-7195 inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to distributors in Colorado and Oklahoma.
