Vern's and Sons Food Service Recalls Beef and Chicken Products Produced Without Benefit of Inspection

WASHINGTON, April 8, 2015 Verns and Sons Food Service, a Milwaukie, Ore. S. Department of Agricultures Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The beef and chicken burritos were produced on April 2, 2015. individually wrapped Great Pacific Chicken Chipotle Burrito. The products subject to recall bear the establishment number P-34723 or Est. 34723 inside the USDA mark of inspection. These products were shipped to retail locations in Oregon and Washington. The problem was discovered during in-plant verification activities.
